Online booking
You can book a room/suite online for the next day or for any day up to 180 days in advance. Maximum online booking is four rooms or accommodation for eight persons.
When booking online, the customer agrees to the full value of the booking being charged to her/his credit card.
If the online booking system shows no vacancies for the desired time range, please check the accurate situation directly with the hotel!
Arrival and checkout
Rooms/suites are accessible on arrival at 3 p.m.[it says 2 p.m. in the nettisivut ven eng sivu 3 file] at the earliest. Please checkout by noon on your day of departure.
Arrival
Please arrive no later than 11.00 p.m.
Method of payment
Your stay must be paid by credit card (Visa, Master Card) in advance when booking online.
Cancellations/changes to bookings
If you wish to cancel or change a prepaid booking, please contact the hotel. You may cancel your booking, for which a €6 administrative fee will be charged, not later than 6 p.m. on the evening before your arrival. Any cancellations made after 6 p.m. will be fully charged. Cancellation of a longer stay must be made two weeks before arrival. There will be a charge of 50% of the booked package value for any cancellations made within two weeks of the arrival date.
If the request fails to arrive at the hotel and the cancellation has not been made in time, the hotel is entitled to charge the price for one night's stay.
