Cancellation conditions
- The booking may be cancelled with no additional charge 2 days before the date of arrival. Room reservations cancelled after this will be charged with 50% of the booking’s entire value.
- Failure to appear or failure to cancel:
For non-cancelled bookings, we will charge the full amount
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS FOR GROUPS
- Groups are to confirm the final number of people staying
- No later than 1 month prior to arrival date.
- A list of names of people staying shall be submitted
- No later than 1 week prior to arrival date.
- A group booking may be cancelled with no additional charges 1 month prior to arrival date.
- If the cancellation is made later than 1 month prior to the arrival date,
- We shall charge 25 % of the total booking value.
- If the cancellation is made later than 14 days prior to arrival date, we shall charge 75 % of the total booking value.
- If the cancellation is made later than 7 days prior to arrival,
- The hotel will charge the full value of the booking.
